I woukd never purchase from a Cleo's store again. They do not stand behind their products. All they want is photos and then give excuses why they can't fix the product. Beware they even charge to come out to attempt fixing product. Again never purchase from them again!!!

I bought a sectional from Cleo's it cost $1,100 the salesperson said if I pay it off in 6 months it's mine, & I did that but they insist that I still owe more so I paid up until it was $1,600 still not mine ,I think if someone says something they should honor it, now for a $1,100 set if I pay it till the end of the contract it will be $3,400, no way I would have made that agreement without the person saying that I could pay it off in 6 months, I talk to the region office and they blew me off, still today trying to contact them I get no return calls so now I am going to refuse to pay any more for this furniture until someone contact me I need to make a settlement on this sectional there's no way I will pay $3,400 for this plastic furniture, they are ripping people off that don't have the means to buy something up front, this is the only way most of us could buy new furniture ,but don't take advantage of a person that don't have money , I spoke with the company at least 5 times and they won't come up with a settlement now they refused to answer my calls, I am late as of the 15th of August, so I'm pretty sure they will be calling for their money , I am willing to pay only if they come out with a reasonable settlement

Annoying whiny poodle talking spokesmodel

I thought I was the only person who couldn't stand Cleo's commercials, that alone would keep me from visiting their store. I now mute the TV when their commercial airs as the voice and pitch of their spokeswomen grates on my nerves, surely they could find a better spokesperson than this whiny poodle talking princess.

On another note I was looking for a particular headboard for a twin bed and called their store, the salesman acted as he couldn't be bothered to help me over the phone and was short and abrupt. I guess twin headboards don't offer sales associates much of a commission.

Turning phone off during lunch break!

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from the Cleos in Hot Springs, AR over the past several months and while I have no issue with price and quality so far, I do honestly believe they turn their phone off during lunch break. I have tried for a solid hour to call them about an issue and always a busy signal especially from 12 to 1 and this has been on several occasions. Seems to be not much problem before 12 and after 1...hmmmm. They have ample people working there and I know they don't ALL go to lunch at once! Also, they could stand to educate their salesmen a little more about the specifics of certain items. Seem they always have to go check on something when ask about the product.

MY DUE DATE WAS CHANGE.

MY DUE WAS CHANGE FROM THE 12th OF THE MONTH TO THE FIRST OF THE MONTH. I GET MY INCOME ON THE 3rd. OF THE MONTH. WHEN I PURCHASE MY FURNITURE IT WAS SET ON HOW I GET MY INCOME. I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT AND I WAS NOT NOTIFY OF THE CHANGE. AND I'M BEING CHARGE OF A TEN DOLLAR LATE FEE. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY. I OWE LESS THAN A THOUSAND DOLLARS. AND NOW ALL THESE PROBLEMS HAVE STARTED. I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN THE HEAD OFFICE. THE STORE MANAGER IS NO HELP AT ALL.

I am having the same issue. Social security changed my deposit to the 3rd of each month and I attempted to inform the store and was told I couldn't change my due date.

I attempted to make my payment and was told I would have to make two payments. Never missed a payment until this happened.

On SSI and not able to do that. It's obvious they don't care about the customers at the Sherwood store.

Recliner Review

I bought a couch from Cleos about 3 yrs ago and it has been great. But I then bought a recliner that broke within 4 months and they fixed it. But it fell apart again so they gave me a new chair and now it is falling apart in the very same way the others did. Can anything be done for me concerning this. Thanks. Lea Ann Clark 501-339-****

I purchased a bedroom suite in Pine Bluff Arkansas I was paying on it I went to pick it up 3 months later (no bedroom set) I asked where was it they sold it because they said they thought I wasn't going to pick it up until 12 months time and they wouldn't give me my money back the merchandise was discontinued and they made me get another suit. They wouldn't give me the District Manger or owners number.

Also I purchased a mattes set and It didn't feel like the one in the store and the Mgr.

Got smart and said it's not going to feel like the one on the floor and I told him it's sinking and he said bring it back and I'll send it off it will take 2 weeks and he wouldn't exchange and it was 2 days later. They have bad attitudes and they don't really care

You should have contacted the Better Business Bureau. You could have googled the owner or called the Jefferson County Courthouse in Pine Bluff and asked for the Real Estate Office to get the name of the owner.

Management there has changed and they arent honest at all. The quality in the furniture isnt tge same and they do a lot of shady business.

Oh GREAT!!! I was also wondering how I could obtain that information.

I live in Pine Bluff also and have had the most awful experience EVER! I also bought a bed (cash) from them on June 15 and was told that my order would make it to the warehouse in LR July 3rd and that it would be available for pick up here in PB July 7th. Well, I phoned the PB Cleo's store July 2nd in hope that my order may had made it in earlier, but was told my order was still slated to arrive on the "initally given date" which was the "7th." So now I go the next week (July 7th) to pick it up and was told that it hadn't made it but it was at the warehouse in Little Rock and that it would be here the next week. So at that point, I ask for a refund of my money and the manager told me that I couldn't get a refund on layaways.

I told him that it wasn't a layaway and that I paid cash for it. But he still refused to give me a refund. That is when I asked for the district manager's name and contact info. He told me that he "couldn't" give out "any" information concerning the DM.

He then went on to say that he could forward a complaint via email in my behalf to the district manager, HOWEVER, I shouldn't expect for him (DM) to respond back to me because he "rarely does." My thought is... If upper management is NEVER getting feedback on ANY of the customers complaints then there IS something seriously wrong! I had to drive to Little Rock to pick up my order which was probably better than letting Pine Bluff store get their hands on it, because it probably would've been dent, chipped or broke. But to sum it all up...

I will NEVER EVER do business with them again! I'd rather go to Haverty's and spend a bit more than to step foot in Cleo's EVER again!!!

Visited the W. Little Rock location & was totally ignored! Not one person spoke to us. Every person that worked there that we saw was sitting on the furniture looking at their cell phones! Who allows their business to be ran that way? You definitely lost my business & I will not be sending anyone your way!

I have bought furniture from Cleo's in Sherwood twice. My bed wasn't put together properly. I have talked to someone several times. They are putting me off hoping that I just forget about it. I am trying to be patient because I need my bed fixed. I might have to go to court to get satisfaction. All of this happened after they insisted that I pay the bed out of lay-away only to find out that it was on back order. I wanted my money back but they refused. A month later they brought this bed and threw it together and now they are giving me problems about making it right. The only reason I am not taking them to court for my back is I do like the bed.

New to the area and bought a leather sectional from Cleos. The first one delivered had a tear in it and the second one didn't fit properly together. Now 4 months after purchase still waiting on them to deliver the new couch. Terrible customer service and follow thru. Delivery system is a third party who calls the night before to set up delivery for the following day and then can't figure out why the delivery won't work out. Cleos does NOT take care of the customer!!!! I will not be buying any furniture from them EVER!!!

We bought a mattress for my daughters bed an hour before they closed. We got it home and it didn't fit her bed right she would fall out of it bc the mattress was to bulky we put it back in the plastic and called the store. The store manager was rude and I said is their any way we could bring it back tomorrow and they made a big deal about it. And just being rude about how they don't have an exchange policy or whatever. So needless to say we will not buy anything from them again. We will spend our money somewhere else. Sorry that we were an inconvenience to them

Recently purchased a new sofa from our local Cleo's. Been a loyal customer with them for years.

Now dealing with some smart *** named Mark. We bu this furniture, have it delivered and the delivery crew gets it out of the packaging and the sofa is ripped. We call Cleo's and Mark says oh well you'll need to bring it up here to be sent to service. Told him No it needs replaced.

He tries telling me all sales are final. Explained it happened when it was delivered. He then is like oh well let me get with our service crew and have them come out. Again, No.

Told him we wanted a new one and he said he would have to get with his District Manager in order to resolve this. 2 weeks later I'm I had to go back up and he said I don't see where we've spoke. Really. Then after we start talking his story changes to oh yea.

No oh yea! Asked for my money back instead of having to wait but can't take back used, damaged furniture. They delivered it that way. Still waiting for resolution.

Suggestion buy elsewhere. MARK IS HORRIBLE.

Cleo's before had no problems but this guy's a pathetic excuse for a manager let alone to be dealing with the public. Cleo's try pre screening before hiring!!

Any of the furniture stores in town have a better standard. After several failed attempts I was told to reach out to Scott at 501-317-**** or Mark at 501-412-****. Will post follow up after I've received a response.

Bought bed,mattress , box springs. Set isn't 2 years old. The edges have rolled out , huge hump in middle. We have rolled sheets to put between mattress and box spring to even stay in bed. My husband has fallen out of bed 4 times 3 times hurting himself.

I recently purchased children's furniture FOR Cleos in North Little Rock. Upon delivery one of the dressers was damaged. I heard one of the sales people that they had the piece in stock and would get it to us on Wednesday the furniture had been delivered Monday of that same week. However we never received a call from them confirming in fact we had to call them and ask where our dresser was. I have been waiting today since 9 o'clock to get my furniture delivered was supposed to be by 1 and it is still not here. The delivery man said they were given the wrong address even though delivery if other pieces were made just over a week ago. The incompetence of this store is amazing and I am very very dissatisfied!!!
